Just a couple of pieces from the weekend... I planned on doing a series of drawings referencing the music that I grew up listening to and that, in my mind, marks pivotal changes or growth in my life.
So far I only got to Soundgarden and Gunners... but Bowie and Pink Floyd motifs have been constantly appearing in my work for years.
Anyway, if I have time, I'll get to the other big guns of my teen/early-twenties music choices (sorry, no Nirvana)... Alice In Chains, Dead Kennedys, Tool, Bad Religion, Crass, Kiss, Iron Maiden.
