He hates being left behind.
Sketchy mess
Well, my scanner seems to take personal offence to the use of watercolours, so I tried to photograph these in the dying evening light, with questionable results... But here's a sketchbook update regardless.
Patagonia bound: Harper Smith Photography
All photos: Harper Smith.
I know I say it every time, but Harper Smith is my all-time favourite photographer.
I would also like to be able to wear a conch belt, hat and no pants... but it's neither the time nor place here.
Vibrant milk
Things have been a little quiet here -- I headed back home on the weekend for a few lovely days of family, friends and my love.
After a weekend enjoying the steady climate of northern NSW, I was shocked to step off the plane in Melbourne and find winter had dropped in almost overnight. So here I am, rugged up and collecting vibrant, colourful pictures to stave off the first fears about how I can possibly survive a whole south-coast winter.
Karrah Kobus
Wow wow wow... How amazing is the photography of Karrah Kobus? So ethereal and vibrant, with a mix of despair and hope... like fairytale movie stills or a too-lucid dream.
But also, that last picture is a self-portrait, so she's a smokin' babe too.
